Electronic Page Layout - Criterion - Visitor Q

This was a daunting but fun project: take three films by one director and make DVD/Blu-Ray covers for the Criterion Collection. I chose from Miike Takashi: Dead or Alive, Visitor Q, and Ichi the Killer.

I wanted to capture the lurid juxtaposition of symbolism Miike uses in his films which is what sets him apart from other cult film directors (aside from the ultraviolence, of course). Somehow bowls of noodles seemed the appropriate vector.
